Zhejiang Fule Mining Machinery Co., Ltd is a provincial scientific and technological enterprise which integrates research & development, production, and sales of mining machinery, screening machinery, and wear-resistant steel castings. Our company covers an area of 180, 000m2, nearly 800 employees and more than 120 professional technicians and has passed the certifications of ISO9001 International Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS18001 Occupation Health Safety Management System, and GB/T2331 Energy Management System, owning more than 40 offices or sales departments in 20 provinces and cities in China. Our company possesses 3 casting lines, namely one 3T smelting furnace, one 5T smelting furnace, and one 10T smelting furnace. 13 batch-type furnaces are adopted for the casting heat treatment. The hoisted quenching heat treatment has the features of uniform cooling, low deformation, and stable product quality. We also have more than 250 units of large equipments, including gantry machining center, horizontal machining center, double housing planer, planer type milling machine, vertical lathe, horizontal lathe, and floor type boner, as well as more than 160 units of traveling cranes capable for hoisting and handling of castings of various tonnages. To guarantee the product quality, we are equipped with advanced and reliable inspection and measurement equipment, including coordinate measuring machine, Creaform handheld 3D scanner, direct-reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, universal tester, ultrasonic flaw detector, coloring flaw detector, impact tester, and Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers optical hardness tester. Our annual production is over 35, 000 tons wear-resistant steel castings, including jaw plate and guard plate for jaw crusher; Mantle and bowl liner for cone crusher; Blow bar, hammer and liner for impact crusher and hammer crusher; Liner for ball mill.

Our yearly production is over 200 units (sets) of mining machinery in diversified specifications and models, including jaw crusher, powerful hydraulic cone crusher, complex cone crusher, impact crusher, high-powerful gyratory crusher, vertical impact crusher (sand maker), sand washer, feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, and bucket elevator.
